   Maybe yes maybe no. Some policies will, some won’t. You need to call the insurance company.

   Not likely. Read your policy. Most homeowner insurance is there to protect your financial liability in case someone other than you gets hurt while on your property.

   Yes. That’s what it’s for. As long as you weren’t negilgent, you’ll be okay.
