Why does this motorcycle insurance quote from progressive sound too good to be true?

I’m 17 a year old male; my 12 month progressive quote came up as 1 for motorcycle insurance. Why is it so inexpensive when everyone around me says it’s going to be expensive!!! Did I just type something in wrong or what?
