Our limousine was hit & not at fault for a vehicle accident. I need to propose a letter to the other insurance company showing how much work that car profits for our company. All in all, I need a professional letter asking for payment for the down time of that limousine. Any suggestions? PLEASE! ASAP!
honestly, i don;t think they will honor your loss of use. They should however offer you a comporable vehicle to use for your company until you’re vehicle is fixed. But most insurance companies don’t honor loss of use because they expect you to have your own insurance and use that until theyget your vehicle fixed. Regardless if it’s their fault or not.
