insurance covers everything…doesnt matter if it got broken by something you did (drop in water, ect) or not. Most have a deductible you have to pay though. I have at&t and insurance. If my phone were to break I would have to pay 50 dollars and then I’d get a brand new phone. So, I’m guessing verizon is like that good luck!
if you got the phone under a year ago, it should be covered by warranty still. insurance wouldn’t even have to get involved. if it is covered under the warranty, you can get a new phone for free.
