Am I entitled to Loss of Use if someone hits my 20' boat and their insurance totals it?

My boat is only used for pleasure but I am on it just about everyday for three months a year.

  1. You Ask I Answer

Probably not, because there is no financial loss (i.e. getting to work, or earning money with the boat).

But you could try…. at least make sure they give you enough money on the claim to shut you up. (I dont mean that in a disrespectful way, I mean be a pain in their butt, call them every day, make them want to give you a fair claim so you stop calling)
