Well, "property preservation" is a neat catch phrase. It will have to be interpreted to mean something. Is that, "antique dealer" or "contractor"?
You’ll likely need general liability coverage. You *might* need/want property coverage. If you have employees, you’ll need workers comp.
You really need to sit down with a local, independent agent to discuss what you’ll be doing, and have them assess your needs and get quotes for you.
There are a lot of questions that an insurance agent is going to want to know here.
Will you be taking customer property off premises?
What type of vehicle is going to be used for this operation?
As a minimum you’ll need a general liability policy – http://www.insuremywork.com/general-liability.html
and a commercial auto policy.
If you have employees than you’ll need workers comp.
